Roast lamb and suckling pig

Ingridients:

  • medium-sized lamb or suckling pig (15 kg)
  • sol
  • pepper
  • oil

Preparation:

Salt and pepper the meat. If we roast it on a spit, leave it whole. If we bake it in a bread oven, we cut it up. Bake on a spit for about 3 hours, in the bread oven a little less. In addition, we offer fresh bread, seasonal vegetables.
