Once Ribja was where the people of Novo Mesto experienced everything: love, quarrels, joy, sadness, tasted all kinds of dishes, home-made, foreign, well-known, exotic. The menu featured everything they tried for the first time and then tasted again and again. Today, Situla Bistro is a new stop for meals: daily lunch, business lunch, rich tasting, meat specialties, and family treats.

Hostel

The hostel offers guests 70 beds in 18 themed rooms. The Situla theme, which adorns the spaces, reminds visitors of the period of the older Iron Age, which significantly marked the area of Novo Mesto and Dolenjska. Due to its furnishings, the most famous travel guide Lonely Planet in the Slovenia 2010 edition named it the most beautiful hostel in Slovenia.
