Do you know the Slovenian saying, “As good as bread”? The bread in that saying must have been made using the flour from the Košak Mill. It is one of the few mills in Slovenia that continues to operate and preserve its family tradition. Try one of the different types of flour made from local or Slovenian cereals. Košak Mill is open to groups of visitors who can tour the mill and try the home-made bread.
