Vila Castanea B&B

B&B Vila Castanea is located in the middle of the island and the smallest Slovenian town, Kostanjevica na Krki, surrounded by the green Krka River. It is intended for relaxation, enjoying the natural features of the soft Dolenjska landscape, the picturesque wine-growing hills, and the soothing Krka River. The townhouse from the late 19th century is a monument of local importance and boasts a richly decorated front facade, a vaulted ground floor, paving stones made from surrounding stone, and an inner courtyard shaded by a mighty chestnut tree. Guests have  at  their disposal seven double rooms and two spacious family rooms (up to 4 people), a breakfast room, a room separated from the rest for (organization of business events), a free parking space (subject to availability), and free use of wi-fi.
Breakfasts are rich and healthy, made from carefully prepared ingredients from local producers of fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy products, homemade jams, honey, bread, and pastries.
